Inspired living, just don't try to cross Fairfax and Selma. Millions on Mini mansions but not a traffic light in the middle of a residential neighborhood. How can this senior cross Selma? Selma and Fairfax needs a traffic light. Can this be one of the reasons for so many hit and runs in Los Angeles, Boston, New York? Hollywood traffic, signals, roads, crosswalks and streets.

Missing traffic signals create dangerous situations. Here we need a light to prevent rolling stops and hazardous situations crossing six lanes.
Even though in a residential neighborhood, no crosswalks. See how are halfway across the street.

Very dangerous conditions for pedestrians.

I got hit by a car in a crosswalk a few weeks ago in Boston (stupidly didn't report it because I thought I was okay). I had the walk light, runner lights on me, wearing light colors, did everything right. It is the absolute worst because the pedestrian has absolutely no control at that point. Hang in there. I can only hope they install more traffic cameras for video proof for pedestrians throughout this runner city!

Almost invisible crosswalk
Does this work? How long does it last?

Worn out crosswalks create dangerous conditions, drivers are unable to see the missing marks and might accidentally create more injuries.

Additional yellow signs are great but are rare.

Family and friends gathered Tuesday night to remember Adrianna Bachan, the USC student who was killed by a hit and run driver more than a week ago. Hundreds attended the memorial service Tuesday night at St. Anthony's Croatian Catholic Church north of Downtown Los Angeles.  Another service will be held Wednesday in Santa Barbara.
Bachan, 18, was killed March 29 around 3 a.m. as she and her friend crossed Jefferson Boulevard at Hoover Street.  Marcus Garfinkle, 19, was also hit and is recovering from broken legs and other injuries.
